Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility: We offer a 7-day replacement or refund window from the date of delivery.
The day your order is delivered will be considered Day 1.
To be eligible:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
The product should not be damaged after delivery
Mandatory Evidence: To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide:
Unboxing video of the parcel
Order confirmation / proof of purchase
Clear images or videos showing the issue with the product
Requests without proper evidence may not be approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement or refund, subject to verification.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Personal care or hygiene products
Perishable goods
Customized or made-to-order products
Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance
Refund Process:
Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and inspected
Refunds will be processed via UPI, Net Banking, or the original payment method
Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account
